CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a -11, meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota. was held on the 21st day

Councilman a+.bold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-184
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT
FOR LOT 1, BLOCK 1. 'GLEASON TRAIL•"
WHEREAS. Robert and George Kreatz have requested approval of a Final Plat of
Lot 1 Block 1 of Gleason Trail, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said requests and
recommends approval, and
10 WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a C�-velopment Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Final Plat of Lot 1 Block 1 of Gleason Trail and the Development
Contract for said plat be hereby approved, and that the Mayor and the City Manager be
authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the City subject to the
following condition:
ROM along the North and South property lines for street
and utility purposes should be dedicated by petitioner to
the City. This mould amount to 40 feet of ROM or to the
center line of the two proposed streets.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor reo :
