RESOLUTION NO. 75-183
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 7
PROJECT NO. 302 - WATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 7 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 7
in the amount of $43,486.00 to Berglund -Johnson. Inc. for Project No. 302, Water
Treatment Plant.-

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
