Councilmen Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-176
APPROVING CIGARETTE LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Cigarette License has been received from the firm listed
below, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 6, of the City Code.
1PNOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the -Cigarette License application for the party listed below be approved
for the period January 1. 1975 through December 31. 1976.
