CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tie 7th day
of April , 19 75 . The following members were present: Mayor Hilda,
CouncilNeils- Seibold and Spaeth _

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and

FESOLUTION NO. 75-175
APPROVING SMALL DISPOSAL SYSTEM LICENSE
WHEREAS, an application for Small Disposal System License from Houser Corporation
has been presented to the City Council for approval, in accordance with Chapter
III, Section 6, Plymouth Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that Small Disposal System License be approved for Houser Corporation for the
. license period May 1, 1975 through April 30, 1976.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
. Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
