• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was e d on the 7th day
of Aaril . 19 75 . The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Hunt- Neils- Spitpld and Spapth

Wqnci jmgn Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-172
APPROVING DISCONTINUING THE USE OF 112 IN IDENTIFYING STREETS
AND RENAMING CERTAIN STREETS
WHEREAS, the City Council directed Staff to investigate the policy of naming
1/2 streets" in the City of Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, the Staff has submitted a report dated April 2, 1975 concerning this
matter and recommending that all streets so identified be renamed to "Place",
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
MINNESOTA that hereafter it shall be the policy
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
of the City to discontinue the
use of "1/2" in identifying streets and fu-ther
that
the following streets be
renamed-:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Co4ncilman S h . and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass888and adopted.
