RESOLUTION NO. 75-171 APPROVING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND AS NON -CONSERVATION, APPROVING SALE OF CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND AND RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, has received from the County of Hennepin, a list of lands in said municipality which became the property of the State of Minnesota, for non-payment of 1966 Real Estate Taxes, which said list has been designated as Classification List "647 C" and WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore been classified by the Board of the County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota as non -con- servation -land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by said Board of County Commissioners: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by said City Council, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statute 282, that the said classification by said Board of County Commissioners of those parcels of land described as follows as non -conservation land be and the same is hereby approved, and that the sale of those parcels of land be and the same hereby app roved : Plat 43709 Parcel 7600, Section 9, T 118, R 22 Plat 43735 Parcel 1820, Section 35, T 118, R 22 Plat 44020 Parcel 1072, Lot 19, Block 1, Elmhurst Plat 44558 Parcel 2400, R. L. S. No. 684 FURTHER RESOLVED, that said City Council should and hereby does request the said Board of County Commissioners to reclassify the following parcels in said list as conservation land for the purposes of storm water ponding: Plat 43726 Parcel 5300, Section 26, T 118, R 22 Plat 44200 Parcel 5410, Greers Orchard Tracts Plat 44680 Parcel 9200, Lot 1, Block 1, Wilshire Gardens The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by QQVQrijman , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof: yor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Ine roilowing votea against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly paggd and adopted. ttt tat ttt
