Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 75-166
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 515 - COUNTY ROAD NO. 9 SERVICE ROAD
WHEREAS, a certain petition was received by the City Council from the Gonyea
Investjt. Company. owners of plat 43713 - 3420 on the north side of County Road 9.
for the installation of water main lateral, and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 74-486, dated October 7, 1974
referring to the Engineer for study and recommendation for incorporation of water
main lateral services to this property into the 1975 construction program,
•WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the service road on the north side of County Road 9,
between Nathan Lane and County Road 18 by the installation of water main lateral service
and all necessary appurtenances and to assess the benefitted properties for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011
to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended).
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY r1E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: that the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene. Anderlik
and Associates. Inc. for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with
ail convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed
or in conjunction with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement
as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Anellman and upon vote being taken thereon, the
