Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reaular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hes on the — 7th day

RESOLUTION NO. 75-164
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF REPORT
WHEREAS,, Lundgren Brothers Construction, Inc. has submitted a petition for the improvement
of 36th Avenue from Zachary Lane to the west line of Mission Ridge Plat (west line of
the East N of the Southwest # of the Southeast k Section 14)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of 36th Avenue from Zachary Lane to
the west line of the Mission Ridge Plat (west line of the East h of the Southwest h
of the Southeast 4 Section 14) by the construction of bituminous streets rural section
and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on April 7, 1975 is hereby
declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby.,
This declaration is made in conformaance with Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The ppeetition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderllk and Associates, Inc.
and he°i• instructed to report to the Council with all, convenient speed advising the
Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and
as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Council i , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
