Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 75-160
REQUESTING APPROVAL OF SITE PLAN AND SIDE YARD VARIANCE
WHEREAS, Amoco Oil Co. (Standard Oil Co.), Suite 328, 4640 W. 77th St., has
requested site plan approval and a variance to the side yard of 11 feet, at the
Southeast corner of State Trunk Highway 55 and Xenium Lane, and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recommended
approval,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the request of Amoco Oil Co. for site plan approval and.a side yard
variance of 11 feet at the Southeast corner of State Trunk Highway 55 and Xenium
Lane be granted, subject to the following conditions:
1. No outside storage of waste or materials.
2. A landscape plan be submitted to the City's Director of
Planning and Community Development and a landscape bond be
posted prior to issuance of a building permit.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
