Minnesota, was held on the 7th day • of Apri 1 19 75 The following members were present: eyor de, o a+ ng ers were a sen none Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-159 REQUESTING APPROVAL OF SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT WHEREAS, D. L. Weaver has requested Site Plan Approval for an addition to his building located at 17610 - 19th Avenue North and a Conditional Use Permit to pperate an electrical shop (600 square feet) and for office rental (3,000 square feet), and, WHEREAS, The Plymouth City Planning Commission has received said request and has recommended approval. • NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the request of D. L. Heaver for approval of a Site Plan for building addition and a Conditional Use Permit to operate an electrical shop (600 square feet) and for office rental.(3.000 square feet) at 17610 - 19th Avenue Borth be approved subject to the following conditions: 1) The dedication of 27 feet of additional riot -of -way along State Trunk Highway 101. 2) The realignment on a north -south direction of the three parking spaces along Merrimac Lane. 3) No outside storage of waste, garbage or materials. 4) A posting of a landscape and drainage bond to the City prior to issuance of a building permit. 5) Recommendation of the Staff relative to placement of fire lanes and handicap stalls. • The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by •, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following -vot in avow thereof: Mayor Wilde.
