Council o try City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 24th day
of March 19 75 The following meirbers were present: Acting Mayor

The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its
a'dop on:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-155
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
PROJECT NO. 202
SEWER TRUNK LINE FROM LIFT STATION 1 TO LIFT STATION A
WHEREAS, the City's Consulting Engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc.
have previously prepared and submitted a preliminary engineering report and'Supplement No. 1
thereto for Project No. 202, Sanitary Sewer Trunk Line from Lift Station No. 1 to Lift Stati
A, and
WHEREAS, the City Council on March 3, 1975 ordered said consulting engineer to prepare
Supplement No. 2 to said preliminary report, in order to update this report to reflect
current engineering standards and construction costs, and
WHEREAS, Supplement No. 2 to the preliminary engineering report was received and reviewed by
the City Council at their March 24, 1975 Council meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
that the engineering firm of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. are hereby
authorized to proceed with the preparation of final plans and specifications for Project
No. 202, Sanitary Sewer Trunk Line fror Lift Station 1 to Lift Station A.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
