Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-152
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 512 SHILOH ADDITION (PARCELS OUTSIDE PLAT)
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 30th Avenue between Jewel Lane and County Road 24
within the plat known as Shiloh Addition by the installation of sanitary sew^r,
water main, services and all necessary appurtenances and to assess the benefiting
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laves 1953, Ch. 398 as amended),
• NOW, THEREFOP.E, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer for study
and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising
the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible
and as to whether it could best be made as propesed or in conjunction with some
other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
