Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, as=pecial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was helde 24th day

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-151
APPROVING REIMBURSEMENT TQ LUNDGREN BROS. FOR PROVIDING
SEWER AND WATER SERVICE TO SHILOH PARCELS AND DIRECTING
CITY TO PROCEED TO RECOVER COSTS
WHEREAS, Lundgren Brothers have developed the Shiloh Addition wherein they provided
sewer and water services to said plat, and
WHEREAS, it appears in the best interest of the r ty of Plymouth, as well as the
adjacent properties that the following parcels wc.ld best be served by water and
• sewer service from 30th Avenue within Shiloh plat; Plat 43720-7570; Plat 43720-7597,
WHEREAS, Lundgren Brothers has agreed to provide sewer and water services to said
parcels.from 30th Avenue Mithin the Shiloh Addition at the same cost that it would
cost then to provide services to the lots within the Shiloh Addition,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the City shall reimburse Lundgren Brothers in the amount of $2800.00
per lot for providing water and sewer services from 30th Avenue within the Shiloh
Addition to plat 43720-7570 and plat 43720-7597.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council shall institute proceedings pursuant to
State Statute 429 in order to recover said costs for providing water and sewer
service to the above referenced parcels.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Acting Mayor Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
