Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 24th day

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-150
RESOLUTION AWARDING CONtRACT FOR CITY'S PROPERTY,
PUBLIC LIABILITY AND AUTO INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR A ONE-YEAR PERIOD.
WHEREAS, the City Council has directed the staff to present recommendations for
the renewal of the City's property, public liability and auto insurance coverage
for a one-year period commencing April 1, 1975, and
WHEREAS, the City has obtained quotations from the North Shore Agency, Inc. for
such coverage through the Home Insurance Company at a total annual premium cost
of $19,500, and a similar quotation from the Anderson Brothers Insurance Company
through the Agricultural Insurance Company at a total annual premium of $26.361,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the Home Insurance Company be awarded the property, public liability and auto
insurance coverage for a one-year period commencing April 1. 1975 and FURTHER that
the North Shore Agency, Inc. be designated as agent of record.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Ciiuncilmo n Neils . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
