Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,a s e�cial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was s heldon the 24th day
of March . 1975 The following members were present: Acting Mayor
Hunt. Councilmen Neils, Selo d and Spaeth
Me- following members were absent: Mayor Hilde
CouQcjlman introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-147
CONDITIONS TO BE NET PRIOR TO FINAL PLAT APPROVAL
FOR PLAYHOUSE INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Preliminary Plat of the Playhouse
Industrial Park Second Addition and approved said plat by Resolution No. 75-146.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that it should and hereby does condition acceptance of the Final Plat upon the
• .cnveyance of Outlot A to the City for storm drainage purposes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor We—re—or7rcling Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils.

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly Passed and a oats .
