Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, as ecial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 24th day
of March` , 19 75 . The following members were present:Actina Max r,
Hunt Councilmen Neils._Seibold and Sr,eth

Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-146
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
PLAYHOUSE INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, The Playhouse Company, Inc. has requested approval of a Preliminary Plat
for "Playhouse Industrial Park 2nd Addition", dated February 14, 1975, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Staff has reviewed said request,
NOW, THEREF�IE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the req„est of the Playhouse Company, Inc. for approval of a Preliminary Plat
for "Playhouse Industrial Park 2nd Addition", dated February 14, 1975, is hereby
approved, sub,ect to the following conditions:
1. Prior to further development on this proposed plat, a Final Plat with
a Development Contract must be approved by the City Council.
2. Recommendations of the City Engineer be made a part of this resolution.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
