Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved s adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-145
SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS TO BE NET
PRIOR 70 INSTALLING UTILITIES
WHEREAS, a petition was received for the installation of sanitary sewer and water to
serve Lots 29 and 30, Block 5, Suburbandale on Parker Lake Addition,
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 12th Avenue between Harbor Lane and Kingsview Lane
by the installation of sanitary sewer and water main and all necessary appurtenances
and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the
•improvement; pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953,
Ch. 396, as amended),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer for study
and that he if instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising.
the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible
and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
