Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, are ulaarr meeting of the City
Cuuncil of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, waseh ld on tie 17th day
of March , 19 75 . The following members were present: Mayor Hi l de,

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-142
REQUESTING LEGISLATURE AUTHORIZE CITY TO REFUND
ITS.TEMPORARY IMPROVEMENT BONDS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has from time to time authorized the
issuance of Temporary Improvement Bonds for the purpose of
financing local improvements, and
WHEREAS, the City has previously received the Legislature's authorization
to issue refunding Temporary Improvement Bonds for the purpose
of paying and refunding at maturity the principal amount of
any of its Temporary Improvement Bonds, and
WHEREAS., the City has presently outstanding Temporary Improvement Bonds
issued in 1974 and desires to have the authority to issue
refunding Temporary Improvement Bonds,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that the State Legislature is requested to amend
Chapter 516, Laws of Minnesota for 1973, in order to provide
the authority to the City of Plymouth to issue refunding
Temporary Improvement Bonds for the purpose of paying and
refunding at maturity the principal amount of its Temporary
Improvement Bonds issued during 1974.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following voted n favor thereof: Mavor Hilde, Councilman Hent. Snaeth.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
