Pursuant to due call and notice thereon, a re lar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hel on the 17th day
of March 19 75 The following members were present:Miucc ilde,

The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-137
CORRECTING ASSESSMENT - LOT 1 AND LOT 2, BLOCK 8,
MEDICINE LAKE PARK THIRD DIVISION
WHEREAS, the City assessed Lot 1, and Lot 2, Block S, Rearrangement in Medicine
Lake Park Third Division for area type water assessments in the amount of $225.00
per lot, and
WHEREAS, because the existing house lies on both lots and therefore Lot 1 is not
buildable there should have been only one area type assessment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the water area type assessments in the amount of $225.00 for Lot 1,
Block S. Rearrangement in Medicine Lake Park Third Division under Levy No. 5887,
is hereby cancelled subject to the property owner making application to combine said
Lots 1 and 2 into one parcel,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Finance Director is hereby authorized to reimburse
the property owner for any payments made on the water area type assessment with funds
to come from the special assessment fund.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
C , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
