Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 75-134
RELEASE OF TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT -
NATHAN LANE STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 404
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the temporary easement acquired
for Parcel 12 in condemnation Case No. C-1052 is no longer needed,
i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that it should and does declare that said easement be terminated immediately.
