Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota. was held on the 17th day
of March 1915—. The following members were present:

ne TO11owing members were absent: Councilman Seibold
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-132
APPRGVING QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR DEVAC
WHEREAS, in November of 1968 in connection with a water main project the City
Of Plymouth c::tained an easement from Wallace Freeman and wife, and
WHEREAS, said water main was not constructed on the easement but was constructed
in another location for which the City of Plywath has the required easement on
file,
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
MINNESOTA, that the City quit claim to the property owner, DeVac. Inc. the following
described property:
The North 20 feet of the East 530 feet of the West 871 feet of
that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter,
Section 36, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota
lying Northerly of the Northerly line of Statd Highway No. 55
(Plat 43736 Parcel 6646)
10The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
. Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
