Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reaul meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on� the 17th day
of Marcor , 19 75. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Count men Hunt,-Nefls and aeth
The following me ers were absent: Councilman Seibold
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
i5ved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-130
RELEASE OF LANDSCAPE BOND - GRO CORP.
WHEREAS, Gro Corp. has requested release of the landscape bond for Office/Warehouse
Building at 9718 - 10th Avenue North, and
WHEREAS, City Staff has inspected the landscaping on this property and finds it to
be in compliance with City Ordinance requirements and in agreement with the approved
landscape plan for this site,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIE. OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of Gro Corp. for release of the landscape bond for Office/Warehouse
Building at 9718 - 10th Avenue North is hereby granted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neil; , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde_ Councilman Hunt,
Neils and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
