Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of P�ymo5 th. Minnesota, was held on the 17th day

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-129
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR JENSEN'S LAKESIDE ADDITION
WHEREAS, Harry N. Jensen has requested approval of the Final Plat of Jensen's
Lakeside Addition, dated February 17, 1975, and for variances for Lots 1 and 2,
for lot area requirement;, and Lot 5 for lot width requirements at setback, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Planning Commission has reviewed said request and
recommends approval, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City staff has prepared a Development Contract for said
Jensen's Lakeside Addition,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of Harry N. Jensen for approval of the Final Plat of Jensen's
Lakeside Addition, dated February 17, 1975, and for variances for Lots 1 and 2 for
lot area requirements, and Lot 5 for lot width requirements at setback, is hereby
approved.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
