Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-127
BOND REDUCTION
CREEKWOOD HEIGHTS SECOND ADDITION f
WHEREAS, Klaus Becker Construction Company, as Developer of Creekwood Heights Second
Addition has completed certain items pursuant to Section 16-8 of Development Contract
No. A-110, dated January 3, 1972, and
WHEREAS, Klaus Becker Construction Company, as Developer, has filed and also, made
their request for bond reduction to reflect completed work on said streets as outlined
in Section 16-8 of the Development Contract, and
&EREAS, the City Engineer has examined and inspected said construction and recommends a
reduction in the bond by the City to reflect the -completed work as shown below:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the cash bond represented by the passbook from Minnesota Federal Savings and Loan
Association for account No. 2-9-508975 in the amount of $5,000.00 is hereby reduced to
$4,500.00 to reflect the completed work in Creekwood Heights Second Addition. The Finance
Director is authorized to return same to the Developer upon receipt of a bond, cash, etc.
in the amount of $2,500.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Relis and Spaetn
The following voted against ora stained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
