Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tFe 17th day
of March 1975 . The following members were present: ayor 1de,
Councilmen Hunt, Neils anrspaetl,
Tfie o ow ng members were absent: Councilman Seibold
Councilman Spaeth introduced the folla?ing Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-126
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR BIG "J", INC.
WHEREAS, Big "J", Inc., has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit to
operate a fi shing bait manufacturing business at 9905 - 13th Avenue North in an
I-1 District, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of Big "J", Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a fishing
bait manufacturing business at 9905 - 13th Avenue North in an I-1 District, is
approved, subject to the following conditions:
1. Performance standards as required in the I-1 District (Section 15, Subdivision
8, zoning Ordinance) be met.
2. Building Code requirements as per the State Building Code be followed, i.e.
especially as relates to mezzanine use and handicap requirements.
3. No outdoor storage of waste or materials be allowed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt
following voted against or abstained:
