Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-125
REQUESTING UPDATE TO PRELIMINARY REPORT - PROJECT NO. 202 -
SEWER TRUNK LINE FROM LIFT STATION NO. 1 TO LIFT STATION A
WHEREAS, the City's consulting engineers have previously prepared and submitted
a preliminary engineering report for Project No. 202, Sanitary Sewer Trunk Line
from Lift Station No. 1 to Lift Station A, and
WHEREAS, said report needs o be updated to reflect current engineering standards
and construction costs,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the consulting engineers be and the same are hereby authorized to proceed
with updating the preliminary en7ineering report for Project No. 202, Sanitary
Sewer Trunk Line from Lift Station No. 1 to Lift Station A.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
