Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day
of March 1975 The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 75-123
APPROVING TAX. -CAB VEHICLE LICENSES
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity for the purposes of operating two (2) taxi -cabs in conjunction with
Radio Cab Co. within the City of Plymouth, in accordance with Chapter III, Section
8 of the City Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERCC`' RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that a Certificate of Public Ceinvenience and Necessity is hereby granted to Radio
Cab Co. for 1975 for the operatiin of two (2) taxi -cabs, AND FURTHER, that the
taxi -cab license , list d below, are hereby approved.
