to the Commissioner of Taxation in his efforts to insure compliance with State
law with respect to these assessing practices.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this resolution be sent to Governor Ander-
son, Attorney General Spannaus, members of the Senate and House Committees on Taxes
and Governmental Operations, members of the Hennepin County legislative delegation
and the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The
following voted against or abstained: none. Whereupon the resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.
