Seibold and Spaeth The following ews were absent: --none Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 75-116 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT AND CONDITIONAL• USE PERMIT FOR SUBDIVISION UNIT PROJECT - MISSION RIDGE WHEREAS, Lundgren Brothers Construction, Inc. has requested approval of a Preliminary Plat to be designated as Mission Ridge, dated January 17, 1975, and a Conditional Use Permit for a Subdivision Unit Project for this plat, and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and does recommend approval, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the request of Lundgren Brothers Construction, Inc. for approval of a Pre- liminary Plat to be designated as Mission Ridge, dated January 17, 1975, and consisting of 50 single family residential lots on 26.2 + acres, and a Conditional Use Permit for a Subdivision Unit Project for this plat. is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions: 1. Lot 3, Block 2, be revised to conform to Zoning Ordinance requirements relative to lot width at building setback. 2. The Developer is required to give to the City 4.19 acres as shown on the plat plus $7500 to satisfy park dedication requirements. 3. The utilities, roads, and drainage recommendations of the City Engineer be made a part of this recommendation. 4. Street name changes be as follows: Green Ridge Drive to Evergreen Lane; Oak Hill Circle to 37th Avenue North; Birch Circle to 37th Place North; West Lane and Maple Circle to 38th Avenue North. 5. There be no construction on Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, until East Medicine Lake Boulevard is vacated, and an easement be granted across those two lots until such time as Zachary Lane is constructed and East Medicine Lake Boulevard is vacated. 6. That prior to final plat approval, Developer should petition for paving of 36th Avenue North to the west extremity of the plat.
