Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ameeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was d on the 24th day

Councilman Neils introdured the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION 75-115
ALTERNATE APPOINTMENT
TO BASSETT CREEK FLOOD CONTROL COMMISSION
WHEREAS. the term of Plymouth's alternate representative to the
Bassett Creek Flood Control Commission exgired on January
31, 1975,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Plymouth that Francis D. Hagen, 10510 39th Avenue N.,
Plymouth, MN 55441, is hereby appointed by the City Council
of the City of Plymouth as Plymouth's alternate representa-
tive to the Bassett Creek Flood Control Commission for a
term expiring January 31, 1978.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor t ereo : Mayor Hilde and Councilmen Neils
and Seibold
