Councilman Neils introdu_ed the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-113
COUNCIL DIRECTION RE TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS -
LOTS 2, 3, 4`AND 5, BLOCK 2, RATH`S SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Council has authorized the acquisition of Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block
2, Rath's Second Addition, from the estate of Christina Rath, for park purposes,
and
WHEREAS, these lots have delinquent taxes and special assess+gents from 1472,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESQLVED BY THS CITY COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the Manager is directed to: (1) include in his budget recommendations for
subsequent budgets the necessary sums io pay the assessments on the subject parcels;
and (2) appropriate from the Park Dedication Fund - Community Park Account the
sums necessary to pay the presently delinquent taxes and delinquent special
assessments.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cor��jmag Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
Tollowing voted in aavor t Ti rof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils
and Seibold

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
