Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a -gyp meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 24th day
of Februar , 19 75 The following members were present: Mayor Hilda,
Coun`ci men Nelis and ei boid—

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resc-�ution and
moved its a opt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-110
APPROVING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM CONTINGENCY FUND
TO STREET DEPARTMENT RENTAL OF PRIVATE EQUIPJENT ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that the sum of $2,670 be transferred
from the Contingency Fund (101-190-899) to the Street Department Rental of Private
Equipment account (101-172-836), and
WHEREAS, such transfer is requested as a result of extraordinary costs incurred
in the removal of snow by the Jerome P. Begin Company,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the sum of $2,670 be and the same is hereby appropriated for transfer
from the Contingency Fund to the Street Department Rental of Private Equipment
account.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
'ognciljnan Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
