Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he o'(� n the 24th day �..
of Februar , 19 75 . The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Neils and Seibold
The following me ers were absent:Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
move3 its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-108
SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING WITH
HENNEPIN COUNTY OF RESOLUTION NOS. 75-106 AND 75-107
WHEREAS, Dennis E. Arne, owner of Parcel 4060, Plat 43717, and K. James 6uddal,
owner of Parcel 4055, Plat 43717, Section 17, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin
County, have requested approval of lot division and lot consolidation of a portion
of these parcels. and
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved said request,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the following condition must be met prior to the filing of the certified
copies of the resclutions approving the requested lot division and lot consolidation.
dedication of 27 feet of right-of-way along Vicksburg Lane from the 16 -foot
additional frontage on Vicksburg Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
