RESOLUTION NO. 75-107
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION - K. JAMES GUDDAL/DENNIS E. ARNE
WHEREAS, Dennis E. Arne, owner of Parcel 4060, Plat 43717, aid K. James Guddal,
owner of Parcel 4055, Plat 43717, have requested consolidation of the parcels
as follows:
PARCEL A
The North 209 feet of the East 280 feet of t:;e North one-half of the
Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter to Section 17, Township 118,
Range 22, Hennepin County.
PARCEL 8
The North 225 feet of the East 308 feet of the North one-half of the
Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 17, Township 118,
Range 22, Hennepin County, except the following:
The North 209 feet of the East 280 feet of the North one-
half of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 17, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County.
and,
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the above described parcels be consolidated, and
FURTHER, the City Clerk is directed to prepare a certified copy of this resolution
for recording purposes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils and Seibold. The following voted
against or abstained: none. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.
