Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day
of Februarz 119 75 The following members were present:Mavor HiIC ,

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution end
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-104
AUTHORIZING DEVELOPMENT OF A CONSULTANT- SELECTION PROCESS
FOR PREPARATION OF A TRAIL SYSTEM PLAN
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended preparation
of a Trails System Plan for the City, and
WHEREAS, the Commission has recommended that said plan be prepared by a consultant
to be hired by the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that it should and does authorize and direct formation of a committee to establish
criteria for consultant selection, and
FURTHER, that said committee will recommend a consultant selection process to the
Commission and Council, and pursue said process once approved, and
FURTHER, that said committee be comprised of Councilman Seibold, the Chairman
of the Park and Recreation Advisory Committee, and the Director of Planning
and Community Development.
The motior for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
