CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on tie loth day
of February 1. 19 75 The following me„ibers were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Flunt, Neils. Sei6oTd and Spaeth
The following members were absent: none

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-102
DISBURSEMENTS FOR PERIOD ENDING JANUARY 31, 1975
WHEREAS, a list of disbursements for the period ending January 31, 1375 was presented
to the Council for approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that payment of the list of disbursements for the following funds is approved:
First National Bank of Wayzata
General Fund $173,448.11
Construction Fund 286,637.87
Plymouth State Bank
Water Fund 15,146.22
Sewer Fund 30,454.59
First Natl. Bank of Minneapolis
Special Assessment Fund 124,089.94
GRAND TOTALS ALL FUNDS $629,776.73
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CouncilMin H , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following -voted against ora stain : none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared dull passed and adopted.
