COUNTY OF HENNEPIN. that the road described as follows, to -wit: 49th Avenue North between CSAH 18 and Zachary lane be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota BE IT FORTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed forthwith to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that the same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal_, State Ai Street of the City of Plymouth, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street The motion for the Co _ Ne IswSq eibold and adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being-taken°thereon, the avor tlereo : Mayor Hlde, Councilmen Hunt.
