CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was neld on Me 10th day of
February , 1975 . The following members were present: ayor ilde,

RESOLUTION NO. 75-94
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
PROJECT NO. 416 - CARLSON-COMPANIES ADDITION
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 6th day of January, 1975, fixed
the date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of Xenium Lane from approximately
1300 feet south of the Chicago -Northwestern Railroad Tracks to the new alignment of
Count,, Road 15 as shown on the plat of Carlson Companies Addition; on 13th Avenue North
between Xenium Lane and Peripheral Road; on Berkshire Lane between the new alignment of
County Road 15 and 13th Avenue, all shown in the plat of Carl. -.on Companies Addition by
the instailation of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer and 9 ton bituminous streets
with concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances,
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of
the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 10th day of February,
1975 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
February 10, 1975.
2. For the purposes of assessments projects 306 and 416 shall be combined.
3. The 60" RCP storm sewer pipe inlet into storm water pond BC -P24 be deleted from this
plan and replaced by an open channel.
4. A gravel cul-de-sac be constructed on the north end of Berkshire Lane on the south
side of proposed County Road 15.
5. The water line on 13th Avenue between Berkshire Lane and Peripheral Road be made a part
of this plan.
6. That the staff be directed to prepare an assessment plan for the residential property
south of new County Road 15 relative to storm sewer.
7. That the staff be directed to work with Hennepin County in designing a safe T -intersection
at County Road 15 and the new County Road 15.
8. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer
for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
