Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,a sspec-i-al meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 5th day
of February , 19 75 The following members were present: ayor Hilde.
Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Se%oid and Spaeth

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a opt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-93
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74-130
WHEREAS, this Council, by Resolution No. 74-130, adopted a policy resolution estab-
lishing guidelines for storm sewer assessments, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed this policy and believes a further amendment
is required,
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that paragraph 4 of Resolution No. 74-130 be amended as follows: the word "could"
is deleted and the word "shall" is inserted in lieu thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt.
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly'passed and adopted.
