Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on Sth day
of February , 19 75 The following members were present: Mayor Hilda,
Councilmen Hunt. Wn-F. SeWTd and Spaeth

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
mved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-92
CITY MANAGER'S COMPENSATION
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the City Manager's present compensation
and performance, and as a result of that review believes that an adjustment is
warranted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the City Manager's compensation be set at $31,500 for a year effective January
1, 1975,
AND FURTHER, that the City Manager's compensation be next reviewed on May 1, 1976.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
�MnAilpn Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor t ereeoor: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hunt- ails,
Seibold_and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
