Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 5th day
of February , 19 75 The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt. Neils. Se odd and Soaeth
none
Councilmen Neils introduced the following Resolution and
mved its a opt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 75.91
APPROVING THE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION AFFIRMATIVE ACTION WORKSHOP BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Hunan Rights Commission has scheduled an Affirmative Action Workshop
to be held on March 11 and has submitted a proposed budget, as requested by the
City Council, and
WHEREAS, the proposed budget has been reviewed by the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the proposed budget, as submitted, be and the same is approved, AND FURTHER,
that the sum of $250.13 be appropriated from the Contingency Fund to cover the
net anticipated expenses of the Workshop.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seib l and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor t ereo : Mavor Hilda_ Councilmen Hunt, Neils_
ine Toiiawing voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
