Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rs ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was `�e� 3rd dkv

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution end
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-90
TAXI -CAB DRIVERS LICENSES
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has received applications for Taxi -Cab Drivers Licenses
from the following listed persons, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 8, of the
City Code,
NOW, -THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the following list of persons be granted Taxi -Cab Drivers Licenses for a period
to expire December 31, 1975.

Melvin L. Carlton
Charles D. Cowan
Irving Fine
Gary J. Kathman
Earl Lovelace
Paul M. Marschke
Arnold McLean
James D. Newman
Gary A. Sink
Marcus S. Strong
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth
The foilowing voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
