Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on OF 3rd da!'

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution rnd
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-84
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CITY OF PLYMOUTH -
WATER STORAGE FACILITIES
WHEREAS, the CitY of Plymouth has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit
to allow the height of its water tower structure located 1600 feet north of the
northwest corner of County Road 9 and Zachary Lane to be 160 feet, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed this request and does
recommend approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of the City of Plymouth for approval of a Conditional Use Permit
to allow the height of its water tower structure located 1600 feet north of the north-
west corner of County Road 9 and Zachary Lane to be 160 feet is approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
,ouncilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof:— Mavor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt.
