Purwant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City
C-uncil of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day
-j` February , 19 75 The following members were present:Mavor Hilde,
Councilmen Hun Neils. Selb-OM and Spaeth
Ne'following members were a sent: none
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-83
APPROVING SITE PLAN AND SIGN VARIANCE FOR CITY OF PLYMOUTH -
WATER STORAGE FACILITIES
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has requested approval of a Site Plan for its water
storage facilities located 1600 feet north of the northwest corner of County Road
9 and Zachary Lane, and has requested a variance to allow the area of the sign on
the water tower to be 500 square feet, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed this request and does
recommend approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of the City of Plymouth for approval of a Site Plan for its water
storage facilities located 1600 feet north of the northwest corner of County Road
9 and Zachary Lane, and the request for a variance to allow the area of the sign
on the water tower to be 500 square feet, are hereby approved, subject to the
condition that the site be landscaped as per staff's direction.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth n , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
