Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a __5pe_Ci_Aj meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 27th day
of January 19 75 . The following members were present. Mayor Hi1de,

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption;
RESOLUTION NO. 75-79
SUNDAY SALE OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL
WHEREAS, an application for renewal of Sunday Sale of Intoxicating Liquor License
has been received by the City Council from the Radisson Hotel Corporation for the
Radisson Inn Plymouth, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 4.16.1, Plymouth
Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the Sunday Sale of Intoxicating Liquor License be approved for Radisson Inn
Plymouth for a period effective February 1, 1975 through January 31, 1976.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passef and adopted.
