Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 75-78
ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWALS
WHEREAS, Richard 0. Nichols, Prasident of Cyrano's Restaurant, Inc., 3005 Harbor
Lane, and Jorgen Viltoft, President of Radisson Inn Plymouth, 2705 Annapolis Lane,
have applied for renewal of their On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses, which
expire January 31, ,975, and
WHEREAS, the applications for renewal of On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses for
Cyrano's Restaurant, Inc. and Radisson Inn Plymouth have been reviewed and recommended
for approval by the Chief of Police and staff,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses be approved for Cyrano's Restaurant and
Radisson Inn Plymouth, effective February 1, 1975 through January 31, 1976.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coouncilman gto� and upon vote being taken thereon, the
