Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a 14ri I meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 97th day
of January , 19 75 The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, seibold anpaeth

RESOLUTION NO. 75-77
AUTHORIZING FILING OF DISCRETIONARY GRANT PRE -APPLICATION
. WITH DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is an eligible applicant for financial assistance
responsive to Section 570.104(1),(c) of the Rules governing the administration
of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, and
WHEREAS, Section 570.400(b) of said Rules provides for a Pre -Application to be
filed with the Department of Housing and Urban Development,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that it should and does authorize and direct the filing of a pre -application in
the amount of $351,000 with such signatures of appropriate City officials as may
be required.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CouncilMa_n_ Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followin-g— voted infavor thereof: Mayor Hi1g, Counrilmn Nunt
Seibold and Spaeth
