CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 27th day
of Januav 19 75 . The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt. -s- gold aT aeth
e following members were absent:— ounc man Neils
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-75
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 75-40
WHEREAS, the City Council of Plymouth did adopt Resolution No. 75-40 at its meeting
of January 6, 1975, and
WHEREAS, actions of Hennepin County and information subsequent to said action have
led to reconsideration of these matters,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that it should and hereby does rescind Resolution No. 75-40 in total.
