Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 75-74
AGREEMENT WITH MINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT - TRAFFIC SIGNALS
AT T.H. 55 AND FERNBROOK LANE
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the City
of Plymouth enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of
Highways for the following purposes, to -wit:
To install an actuated interconnected traffic signal with street lights
at the intersection of Trunk Highway No. 55 and interconnect on Trunk
Highway No. 55 to Trunk Highway No. 494, in accordance with Agreement
No. 57861, a copy of which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers are hereby authorized to execute
such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual
obligations contained therein.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt . and upon vote being taken thereon. the
