Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ecial meeting of the City
Coincil of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 27th day
of January , lg 75 , The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, Seibold ani S aeth
The o ow ng me ers were absent: Councilman Neils
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-79
AGREEMENT WITH MINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT - TRAFFIC SIGNALS
AT T.H. 55AND XENIUM LANE
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the City
of Plymouth enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of
Highways for the following purposes, to -wit:
To install a traffic control signal and interconnection on Trunk Highway
No. 55 at Xenium Lane (CSAH 61) and to Trunk -Highway No. 494 in accordance
with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No.
57814, a copy of which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers hereby are authorized to
execute such agreement and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of
the contractual obligations contained therein.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
10 Councilman Hunt . and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
